Products
- What is Flowo?
- Flowo is an iPhone day planner. It schedules tasks around your events, habits and daily limits, and proposes a new plan for the rest of the day when things change. Flowo is free on the App Store. Flowo Pro is optional and starts at $7.99 a month, after a 14-day trial that needs no card.
- Who is Flowo for?
- Flowo is for adults who find planning a day harder than doing the work, including many people with ADHD. Flowo is a planning tool, not a medical device or treatment.
- What is TextPack?
- TextPack is a Mac app that turns text or Markdown into a styled PDF, Markdown or plain text file. Its Recipient Preflight checks the source for placeholders, unfinished tasks, inconsistent tables and links before you send the document.
- How much does TextPack cost?
- TextPack Pro costs $9.99 as a one-time purchase, with no subscription. TextPack works offline and requires macOS 14 or later.
- Which platforms do BBMM Technologies apps run on?
- Flowo runs on iPhone. TextPack runs on Mac with macOS 14 or later.
Privacy & data
- Does BBMM Technologies sell personal data?
- No. BBMM Technologies Inc. does not sell personal data. The Privacy Policy explains what each product processes and why.
- Where is my data stored?
- Flowo stores planning data in encrypted storage on your iPhone and does not require an account. TextPack processes documents on your Mac without uploading them. Flowo’s cloud features run only when you use them, and the Privacy Policy lists what each one sends.
- Which privacy laws does BBMM Technologies follow?
- BBMM Technologies Inc. follows Canadian privacy and anti-spam law, including PIPEDA and CASL. It also honours the GDPR and UK GDPR for users in Europe and the UK, and the CCPA and CPRA for users in California.
- How do I make a privacy request?
- To access, correct or delete your personal data, email hello@bbmmtech.com. The Privacy Policy describes how requests are handled.
Buying & support
- How do refunds work?
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store are refunded by Apple under Apple’s own process. Other purchases follow the Refund & Purchase Policy in our legal documents.
- How do I get help with an app?
- Email support@flowoapp.com for Flowo or support@textpack.app for TextPack. Include your device, app version and a short description of the problem.
- Do the apps receive updates?
- Yes. BBMM Technologies Inc. maintains both products. Flowo updates arrive through the App Store, and TextPack updates are delivered through the app.
