What we build.

Four areas. We scope the work in writing before it starts, and we say no to the parts we would not do well.

Web: Marketing sites, product sites, dashboards and the content systems behind them. Built to load fast and to stay editable after handover.
Applications: Native iPhone and Mac apps, and cross-platform clients where that fits the job better. Store submission, review and release included.
Backends and integrations: APIs, data models, authentication and the work of getting two systems that were never designed to talk to each other to agree.
Automation: Manual work moved into scripts, pipelines and scheduled jobs. Usually the smallest engagement and the first one to pay for itself.

Work

Two products we own end to end.

We took both from an empty repository to a published release, and we still operate them. Client work gets the same treatment.

Flowo · iPhone and Android

A scheduling engine that places a day's work around fixed events and daily limits, then re-plans what is left when something runs long. Encrypted local storage, no account, and a disclosed cloud path for the features that need one.

A document pipeline that lays out text or Markdown as a typeset PDF and reads the source for unresolved placeholders, open tasks and broken tables before the file is sent. Runs offline; nothing is uploaded.

Privacy is a design constraint

We keep personal data on the device wherever the feature allows it, and we write down what a network call sends before we ship it. Our own products are the reference implementation.

We maintain what we ship

Software is a running cost, not a delivery. We plan for the version after launch, and we still ship updates to work we finished a year ago.

You talk to the people who wrote it

No account manager sits between you and the code. Questions go to the engineers who built the thing you are asking about.
